to ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
Before entering the restaurant, disinfect your hands using our disinfectant dispenser. A service staff member will then assign you a seat in the restaurant so that we can ensure that the distance rule of 1.5 metres is always observed. You will notice changes in other service procedures, as we have to do without, for example, multi-page menus, salt and pepper shakers, covered cutlery and many other things.
We have placed our patio furniture widely in order to be able to maintain the minimum distance at all times. Therefore, please have one of our service staff assign you a table. When serving, the same service standards apply as in our restaurant.
The door handles and fittings are disinfected every hour and the documentation of the now shortened cleaning cycle is visibly displayed. Please also observe the minimum distance of 1.5 metres in the washrooms and be sure to use our soap and disinfectant dispensers.
There are no known cases of infection with coronaviruses via contact with food. Of course, the general hygiene rules are observed during delivery, storage and processing of food. In our kitchen, as far as possible, a distance of at least 1.5 metres is maintained between employees. As we sometimes fail to maintain the minimum distance during work processes, all our staff are required to wear mouth and nose protection at all times. During rinsing processes, we ensure that temperatures above 60°C are reached, as this ensures the disinfection of the dishes and glasses.
We look forward to welcoming you back to our house and to making your stay with us a pleasant but above all a safe stay with us.
Sincerely family Gerlach and team
