Let the eventful year come to a cozy close and enjoy relaxing hours every day in our wellness oasis: Explore the winter landscape of Kellerwald National Park together with us, including a regional stew meal.
Traditional Nieder-Werbe torchlight hike on December 30. On New Year’s Eve, we will treat you to a gala dinner and toast together to the new year 2027 with our traditional champagne pyramid.
New Year’s Eve program included:
- 4 nights including breakfast and dinner
- Sauna use included
- Coffee and cake on the day of arrival
- Film evening about Lake Edersee
- Winter hike with the host through Kellerwald Edersee National Park with stew meal
- Traditional torchlight hike with mulled wine evening at the fire station
- New Year’s Eve gala evening with aperitif, recorded music, gala menu, champagne pyramid and fireworks
- City tour through the picturesque old town of Bad Wildungen
- Doughnut buffet on New Year’s Eve day

- Visit the Christmas market in Kassel
- Skywalk in Willingen, Mühlenkopf ski jump, Heideturm tower, Lagunenbad
- On New Year’s Day: Boat trip on Lake Edersee and visit the New Year’s swimmers at the dam
- Baroque town of Bad Arolsen with the residence castle of our prince
- Cathedral town of Fritzlar with its medieval old town
- Spa town of Bad Wildungen with Europe’s largest spa park

Edersee Suite: 599,00 €
Comfort double room with balcony: 579,00 €
Standard double room: 559,00 €
For shorter stays we waive 60,00 € per night. For double rooms for single use (only possible in the standard category) we charge a surcharge of 20 € per night. For flood protection reasons, there is no water in the lake in front of our hotel during the winter months.
