Werbetaler goose dinner

Autumn has arrived at Lake Edersee. From October we will be serving delicious crispy goose again. Please make a table reservation!

A goose for 4 people from November 11 to December 17 (always from Wednesday to Sunday). First we serve you a consommé of the St. Martin’s goose. At the table we carve for you: a whole Polish goose or a Waldecker Frei-Land goose from the farmer Hamel from Meineringhausen and serve with it: Baked apple, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts and potato dumplings including a bottle of red wine. As a souvenir to take home, each goose comes with a small bowl of goose fat.

We also offer the Werbetal goose dinner at your home or for groups. The whole goose with in-house carving instructions or professionally carved. Arrange a pick-up time with us when you order in advance!
