Trout day

Friday is traditional fish day – here too. At Hotel Werbetal, we serve freshly caught trout from the Edersee dam fishery – deliciously prepared as trout Müllerin. Served with parsley potatoes and a salad.

For our guests who are not so fond of fish, we naturally also offer our regular menu.
