Our New Year's Eve offer

Let the turbulent year come to a cozy end and enjoy relaxing hours in our wellness oasis every day: Hike together with us through the winter landscape in the Kellerwald National Park with regional stew in the winter forest.

Traditional Nieder-Werber torchlight hike on December 30. On New Year’s Eve we will spoil you with a gala menu/buffet and toast the New Year 2025 together with our traditional champagne pyramid.

New Year’s Eve program included:

• 4 nights incl. breakfast and dinner
• Incl. use of sauna
• Coffee and cake on the day of arrival
• Movie evening about the Edersee
• Monday: Winter hike with the hotel manager through the Kellerwald Edersee National Park with a stew in the winter forest
• Monday evening: Traditional torchlight hike with mulled wine evening at the fire station
• Tuesday: Hike to the hotel’s own herd of cattle and on the primeval forest trail to a Celtic wall and the Hengstwiese meadow
• Festive evening with aperitif, music from the band, gala menu/buffet, champagne pyramid and fireworks
• 1.1. evening: New Year’s reception in front of the house

• Christmas market visit in Kassel
• Sky Walk in Willingen, Mühlenkopf ski jump, Heideturm tower
• On New Year’s Day: boat trip on Lake Edersee and visit to the New Year’s floats at the dam wall
• Baroque town of Bad Arolsen with the residential palace of our prince
• Cathedral town of Fritzlar with medieval town center
• Weltbad Bad Wildungen with Europe’s largest spa gardens
