Arrival and departure:
Arrival (check in) from 15.00 hrs, departure (check out) until 11.00 hrs. A prior arrival is only possible by prior arrangement (via email or phone). W-LAN is free of charge.
Reduction for children:
Children up to 5 years in parents’ bed: free of charge – crib: 25,00 € (one-off)
Children up to 12 years in an extra bed in the parents’ room: 45,00 €, only possible in the “Lake view room” category.
In the interest of our guests, dogs cannot be accepted. Pets are not allowed in the hotel and restaurant. Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel – this applies in all rooms and dining areas.
Only our lake view rooms are accessible by elevator, some are barrier-free and have a balcony or roof terrace.
We kindly ask you to book your massage and cosmetic appointments with Mrs. Wegener (0163-6822143) before your arrival.
The “Meine Card” guest card is your admission ticket for more than 100 leisure facilities in the GrimmHeimat Nordhessen between Kassel and Frankenberg, between Edersee and Willingen and is your ticket for bus and train. You receive this card as a gift on arrival. It doesn’t matter how long you stay with us!
